Booking Notice of "Income Tax " and "C. Subramaniam" Coin Sets

Mumbai Mint and Kolkata Mint had announced commencement of public bookings of the "C.Subramaniam Birth Centenary" and "Income Tax -150 Years of Building India" coin sets respectively from 2nd January 2012. The booking deadline is 29th February. More details can be found on their respective newspaper ads attached below:

What is the diffrence between Proof Coin Set & Uncirculated Coin Set. & wich Coin set i book for my collection ?

What's the problem with Mumbai mint site?
trying to book coin from last 3-4 days but unable to book the coin
so any idea...........

What type you want in your collection depends upon you. What can I suggest? Proof or UNC choice differs from collectors to collectors

@Suyog Mumbai Mint site is maintained unprofessionally and in unreliable servers, so downtime for a few days without site administrator correcting it isn't unexpected. Keep trying
