Among these commemorative coins of Shivaji, Bose, Patel & Railways are minted by HYD mint in addition to other mints :)

@Arjun To err is human and so I can always be wrong but since I maintain database of all coins types and varieties confirmed; found by me and others, the chances are slim ;) Please do share with me the name of the books that show otherwise so that I can correct my database :)

I too having Patel, Bose, Shivaji & Railways but, though having the picture, I don't have C.R.Das --- Any idea about its authenticity  or, mintage ?

Rony there are two aspects 1. The Hyd coinage movement of mints is typically downwards in south unlike Mumbai, Noida and Kolkata. Somehow Hyd coins doesnt move much up north but are circulated a lot across all 4 south states 2. the number of coin collectorsin south  in sheer size is quite large compared to the other parts of the country that makes the coin availability scarcier. there are several dealers here who hoards coins in tons
