I have been offered a lot of 100 one quarter annas from 1940 for sale. I was told that all of them are uncirculated and red. What would be a fair price to offer for this lot of 100 coins? Thanks for your suggestions!

The coins I was told would be about the same grade as the coin in the below auction.

http://cgi.ebay.com/1940-B-India-Second-Head-1-4-Anna-PCGS-MS64-RED-/260813612892?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3cb9b3e75c#ht_1483wt_1139

All the coins I am being offered are available in the raw and not slabbed.
