The two coin UNC set of Fisheries (1986) has a catalog value of 7500 and the market value is around 5000. The International youth year (1985) two coin UNC set has catalog value of 6500; the market value is also around 7000. There is a auction house called Classical Numismatic Gallery in India that realized 13200 and 16200 respectively for the sets. This implies that if you buy from them, you get ripped off

I calculate market value by taking in account lowest recent completed auction listings and sorry, I don't give dealer reference.

Ask the dealer to sell you his set for that price. See what he says.
