i recently got an 10 RS NOTE from circulation .i wonder why are the security threads  weird

the note number is  99B 201341   SIGNED BY subbarao


i have uploaded the cropped photo .

the orginal photo is of 5mb size  too large dats y

I'm unable to understand the weird part in the security thread. The thread appears normal windowed with inscriptions intact. Please explain your observations in details.

i mean the black part in the security thread i have never seen like this one . may i know why is it black

Oh I see, I thought of it as anti-reflection because of the light source. Nope the black part is beyond my understanding. I pulled some tenners from my shop's drawer and one note had similar black spots in the threads. Maybe it's because of metallic reaction with the storage environment and thus not a genuine mint error.
