Hey Friends,

The finish of the obverse of my IT proof set is very poor. The wheels of the 'Ashoka Wheel' under the lion and the bull are not very prominent. Even the paws of the lion are not very clear. But the fininish of the obverse of the Rabindranath Tagore (Kolkata Mint Proof) and the Brihadeeshwarar Temple (Mumbai Mint Proof) seem to be clearer that the IT set? In this regard my questions are:

1/ Is it something common to all the IT Proof sets issued from the Kolkata Mint?

2/ Is it possible that the Kolkata Mint has packed the UNC coins (Rs 150 and 5) by mistake while in the cover it is clearly mentioned 'Proof Set'?

3/ If the answer to 2 is 'Yes', can I ask for a compensation from the mint and how?

Please help. Thanks in advance.
